We hope you had a very merry Christmas and, looking forward, that this year will be a very happy one for you.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Kyle – Class of 2010 – Memphis Senior Photographers Dreamweaver Artists
Here is a studio version of the image we posted earlier of Kyle. As you can see we had a little bit of fun with this.
Matthew – Class of 2010 – From Memphis Senior Photographer Dreamweaver Artists

This is Matthew. His entire family came over for a family portrait session and we took the opportunity to take a few shots of him since he is a senior this year. This is an earth-tone rendering which I think is very appealing.

Memphis Photographer Dreamweaver Artists Studio Wins Print Competition
At the beginning of November, Sarah and I went to the NOBS Photo Success Inferno in Nashville, Tennessee. I entered 3 prints in the print competition there, and this image won 1st place in the Individual Portrait category. We were up against some stiff competition from some great photographers from the USA and Canada. We were really humbled yet proud that our image placed so well. I guess we can now say we’re an award-winning studio.
Last Night – David Ziser was in town – Memphis Photographers at Dreamweaver Artists
David Ziser, an award-winning wedding photographer was in town on the Digital Wakeup Call tour. Sarah and I learned a lot about his off-camera-flash techniques and squirrelled a few tips away for our next portrait sessions. Also, he shared quite a bit about his marketing approaches that I believe will do us good in the near future.
If you’re a photographer, you should consider going. Tonight he will be in Nashville, and after that he only has two stops left in the tour. So hurry if he’ll be close-by – it is definitely worth it.
If you don’t follow his blog, you should – it is called Digital Pro Talk.
Kyle, Class of 2010 – Memphis Senior and Portrait Photographer
We captured some great images this afternoon of Kyle. This was one I picked out to show on the blog. He was a great sport and went along with some of our more “out there” suggestions for poses. Once we’re finished with this set, you will be able to find more in the Senior gallery.
